Q: How do I fill out a SpiritSupportGroup.org application?
A:
To place your listing, go to the SpiritSupportGroup application
form. Fill it out, making sure to click to finish all three pages
of the form including all four essay questions. Please look over your
answers carefully. Make sure you complete the administrative info section
after the Free Membership Application. The Administrative Info has your
confidential information and subscription options and the Free Membership
Application creates your online personal profile. You will receive a confirmation
that your application is completed and excepted via e-mail.
Q:How do I remove my profile from SpiritSupportGroup.org?
A:
Click on Postpone Your Membership here or on the Member
Services page. Then enter your Member ID# and let us know why you
chose to postpone your membership. Your request will be processed immediately.
Q: I would like to edit my profile, how is this done?
A:
All you need to do is click on Update
Your Profile here or on Member
Services. How much does it cost? There is no charge to make changes
to your profile. Editing your profile could be changing your age, your
headline, your essay questions, etc. If you move, change your mailing
address, billing address, phone number or any of your confidential information;
please click on Confidential
Information under "Member Services" to make these changes to your
personal information.
Q: How can I add a photo to my profile?
A:
You are able to up load your photos yourself by clicking on Photo
Submission here or use the link on the Member
Services page. There is no charge for submitting and uploading your
photos.
Q: How can I change my photo(s)?
A:
You can remove photos and replace them on your own without any
charge. If you need your photo scanned, please send us your photo(s).
For a $5 charge per photograph, we will scan, crop and upload your photos
to your profile. Please send a SASE with your photo, slide or negative
and we will return your photo. SpiritSupportGroup.org is not responsible for
damage or loss of photographs. Please give us authorization to bill your
credit card. If you would like to use a different credit card than the
one we have on record, please give us the new number, card type, and expiration
date. Please include your SpiritSupportGroup Membership ID# with your request.

Q: Do you have any suggestions or requirements on photo submission?
A:
We will not except any nudity or partial nudity. You must have permission
from the photographer that you can copy and use the photograph on your
profile. Please use the utmost discretion in choosing your photo(s). It's
best to submit a close-up head shot and a full body photo. We have the
right to reject any photo(s) we deem unacceptable or inappropriate. And
dimensions? Our photo dimensions that we use on your profile are 250 x
250 pixels at 72 dpi. Please do not send us a photo any larger than 640
x 480. Your photo may appear smaller that it is, but members will be able
to double click on your photo to enlarge and see the whole photograph.
Q: Do I need to send my photo when I send the application?
A:
Your application will be fully processed when we received it in it's complete
state (text and photo). You may send additional photos (up to three photos
per profile) after you have submitted your application. You may also submit
without a photo and then decide to place a photo after you submitted your
text only application. The cost of your application is free with or without
a photo; but we always recommend for the best results to submit multiple
photos with your profile. There is no fee for submitting up to 3 photos.
Q: Do I have to give my age?
A:
Yes, your exact Date of Birth will be asked for on the Administrative
Info section of the application and will not be published. Your age will
be asked on your Membership Application and will be published on your
member profile.
Q: When will I see my profile posted?
A:
Your profile will be posted immediately after electronic submission and
your photograph(s) will be posted approximately within a week. If you
are sending your application via fax or snail mail, it may take up to
10 days to process your application and post your photo(s) after receipt
of your application.
Q: How long will my profile stay online?
A:
Your profile will stay online indefinitely. Your membership is FREE and
unless you advise us to remove your profile it will remain on SpiritSupportGroup.org
indefinitely. Your paid subscription determines how long you are able
to contact other members. Your credit card will be billed automatically
at the subscription rate you signed up for. Unless you contact us to cancel
your subscription, your credit card will be charged for the determined
amount on your subscription application; either monthly, three month intervals,
six month intervals or yearly.
Q: How will people contact me?
A:
Your e-mail address will be automatically submitted once you send us the
completed SpiritSupportGroup.org Membership Application. You will then be given
a membership ID# so that your e-mail address will remain unpublished to
other members. SpiritSupportGroup.org will notify you when you are contacted
by another member, with that member's profile ID#. You can then locate
this member by their Member ID# in Lookup Profile. After reviewing the
profile you can choose to "E-mail" or contact the member or
"No Thank You" or decline this member.
Q: How do I look at someone's profile who contacts me?
A:
The member's ID# will be available to you when you are contacted, so you
can click on Lookup Profile on the top navigation buttons (after login)
or on the Member Options dropdown menu. Enter their member ID# and click
on "View Profile."
